We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability – based on whether we have any guests checking in/out on the same day or not. If we’re able to arrange an early check-in, we’ll let you know automatically the day before your arrival.

All our properties offer self-check-in. The key is always at the location, so you do not have to travel anywhere to pick it up. You will receive detailed instructions, including photos for reference, before your arrival. The security PIN code will be sent to you on the morning of your arrival.

All our properties offer some sort of free parking option for our guests’ convenience. Some have garages, some have dedicated undercover parking spaces, and others offer outdoor driveways or free street parking. Please see each property’s description for more detailed information.

All our houses and townhouses are pet-friendly by default. However, please always let us know if you are bringing a pet with you. Our house rules include not allowing pets on furniture (couches and beds) and carpeted areas. We provide pet beds and blankets in our pet-friendly properties to ensure both our guests and their furry friends are comfortable. Note that our apartments and units are not able to host any pets due to body corporate regulations and we cannot make any exceptions.

Yes, we provide hotel-quality linens and towels via a professional linen service that adheres to the highest levels of Australian chemical and heat sanitisation standards. You also have the option to request more supplies, towels, change of linen, or housekeeping cleaning during your stay at an additional cost.

At our properties, cleanliness is our top priority. Our professional cleaning team follows strict protocols and uses high-quality cleaning products to maintain a clean and hygienic environment, and to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between each guest’s stay. Additionally, we conduct a quality check before each guest’s arrival to ensure everything meets our standards of excellence.

No, the cleaning fee charged on top of the nightly rate covers the check-out cleaning to prepare the property for the next guests’ arrival. Should you wish to have additional cleaning or linen change during your stay, you can request it for an additional charge.

Yes, we ask all guests to:

• No smoking inside the properties
• No parties, events or gathering of any type
• Respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum
• No extra guests other than agreed at the time of booking
• Follow the check-in and check-out times
• Comply with Sunshine Coast council noise regulations, which prohibit any noise between 10 PM and 7 AM Monday to Friday, and between 10 PM and 8 AM on Saturday and Sunday.
